About the Role

Omni is scaling fast, and we’re making our first dedicated People & Recruiting hire. We need a builder—someone who thrives in ambiguity, balances strategy with execution, and wants to own the full employee experience from hiring through retention. You’ll lead recruiting, people ops, and culture initiatives, with a direct line to leadership and a chance to shape the function as we grow.

What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition

  • Own recruiting operations across IC and senior-level searches.
  • Partner with Finance and functional leaders to build and adapt hiring plans.
  • Deliver a consistent, top-tier candidate experience.

Compensation, Benefits & Compliance

  • Collaborate with Finance on global compensation benchmarking and planning.
  • Manage benefits offerings across our international workforce.
  • Liaise with PEO/EOR partners and external HR advisors to ensure compliance in all jurisdictions.

Employee Experience & Culture

  • Partner with IT to deliver seamless onboarding and offboarding.
  • Act as a trusted resource for employees navigating benefits or sensitive HR issues.
  • Champion our culture: organize company events, oversee swag programs, and help plan our annual global offsite.
  • Support leadership in coaching, feedback, and performance conversations.
About You
  • 5–10 years in People Ops / HR / Recruiting, ideally in a fast-growing SaaS or tech company.
  • Proven generalist with hands-on experience in recruiting, HR ops, and global compliance.
  • Comfortable sourcing ICs, managing senior searches, and working across geographies.
  • Strong communicator and culture-builder who thrives in fast-scaling environments.
