About The Role

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager. In this role at our fast‑growing SaaS company, you’ll be the glue between Sales, Customer Success, Services, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams — ensuring each hand‑off, process, and system runs smoothly. You’ll report into RevOps and play a pivotal role on the GTM team, with significant ownership of post‑sales operations to drive retention, expansion, and customer health.

What You Will Need

Required:

  • 3 – 5 years of experience at a venture backed SaaS company, management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, investment management, or similar
  • Strong analytical skills: Excel and SQL
  • Demonstrated ability to build processes and documentation from scratch
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills in fast‑paced environments

Preferred:

  • Hands‑on experience with CRM administration and analytics (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, bonus points if you’ve worked with Omni) and data languages (SQL)
  • Experience analyzing large datasets and building financial models
  • Track record working in a high‑impact, cross‑functional GTM organization in high‑growth startups
  • Comfort with ambiguity: able to ask the right questions, dig into data, and drive solutions independently
  • Passion for scaling revenue, customer success and metrics‑driven decision‑making
  • Direct experience with quote-to-cash process

What You Will Do

  • Drive accuracy across our sales funnel and forecasting operations through collaboration with sales and vertical leadership
  • Assist with sales and financial planning, processes, and reporting
  • Work in Salesforce and other systems/tools development to improve efficiency across global go-to-market teams
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to provide organizational visibility of sales, customer, and financial KPIs
  • Execute ad hoc tactical activities to ensure smooth day-to-day revenue operations
  • Own key post‑sales KPIs of retention, expansion, and enablement
  • Optimize the end‑to‑end post‑sales journey by designing and automating seamless hand‑offs and operational excellence for Customer Success, Services, and Partner teams.
