About the Role

Omni has quickly become a leader in the analytics space. Now, we’re doubling down our focus on EMEA as we scale internationally.

As the EMEA Marketing Lead, you’ll build strong marketing programs, drive demand generation, and partner with sales to fuel pipeline growth across EMEA. This role sits at the core of Omni's international growth strategy and offers a unique opportunity to lead in an environment that is moving fast, with potential to scale even faster.

If you're excited about driving initiatives across product marketing, demand generation, partner marketing, and more at a fast-growing company that values collaboration and performance, we'd love to talk.

Candidates in Dublin and London preferred. This role will report into the Head of Global Growth.

  • Execute programs that move the needle. Oversee localized campaigns, major events, conferences, ABM, partner marketing, and customer marketing.
  • Partner closely with sales. Work hand in hand with EMEA sales leadership to align marketing efforts with revenue and pipeline growth goals.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team. Recruit, develop, and mentor a team of marketers across the region, fostering a culture of ownership, impact, and collaboration.

  • Push the boundaries of B2B marketing. Go beyond conventional playbooks to find new ways to scale and drive ROI.
  • Measure, learn, and iterate. Track performance against key metrics, analyze results, and refine strategies to improve outcomes.

What you will need:

  • 5+ years as a well-rounded marketer with experience in product marketing or demand generation, skilled at building programs to educate, excite, and convert prospects into customers.
  • You are resourceful, have a bias towards action, and get energy juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves (we’re a lean team)!
  • You’re a strong leader with a track record of building high-performing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to dive into the weeds to identify unlocks to drive success.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making, with strong financial acumen and business instincts.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and a creative spark.
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
